Growth, Collaboration, Passion

Our team is committed to growth and each member is well vetted, hand selected and has experience. Everyone is a Registered Behavior Technician, a higher standard of training that is not required, has a minimum of a bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience. We are passionate about what we do and are constantly learning and making steady progress toward determined goals in our collaborative environment. We provide consistency with our atypical low turnover rate and take a hands-on approach.

Erin Cook

Assistant Clinical Director

Erin has over ten years of experience working in the field. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in literature from California State University Long Beach in 2009 and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University in 2011. She also holds a Certificate in Organizational Behavior Management. In 2011, she spent a year working as a clinical supervisor in Singapore. "I love seeing the moment it clicks for someone and watching them apply that understanding in new ways," she says. "My goal is to turn the switch on for as many people as possible. If I could work myself out of a job, I would, happily." In free time, Erin does Crossfit and loves to read, shop, be with her family and drink coffee.
